Els van de Burgt, designer, artist, author, teacher and the owner of Elizabeth Craft Designs, was born in The Netherlands. She now lives in California, home base for her business. With a background in sales and marketing as well as a lifelong love of art and crafts, she is in her studio as often as possible, developing new sheets of peel-offs, working on tutorials, and planning classes.
Els is fluent in the universal language of crafts and creativity - along with English, Dutch, and German. She is a gifted and energetic teacher with an endless supply of ideas and a willingness to share them. Els is on the road holding classes several days every month. It lets her meet store owners and their customers. She loves the direct response and interaction, the inventiveness of the students.

Christmas Cards with the magic of glitter
Join this class and learn from Els herself. Let her teach you the "Magic of Glitter!" you will be amazed how easy, yet doesn't look easy or fast at all, but it is! You'll make beautiful cards as you learn new techniques using thin wafer dies, shimmer sheets, embossing, distressing, alcohol inks and more to creative 3 Dimensional Christmas Tree cards. Use these techniques in your card making, journaling, scrapbook layouts and other paper crafting projects. Bring tool kit, which includes scissors and adhesive. ($45)

Glitter Cards
Join Els herself as you make 3 cards using micro fine glitters along with your choice of your favorite markers. Els will be using Copics and Distress markers in class. She'll show you how to create beautiful cards using glitter peel offs, markers, shimmer sheets and more. Learn how to transfer your images using the handy transfer sheets. Take your level or card making up a level or two by learning these easy techniques and how to work with the beautiful mico fine glitters. People will be asking "How did you do this!". Bring tool kit which includes scissors and adhesive. ($45)
