Thursday, January 21st classes with Sarah from the Paper Cut.

We missed her last year and are really happy she will be here again. It will be a day of three card classes.

Scissors, adhesive and personal paper cutter is all you have to bring for all any of these classes.

Spring Cards

In this class we will make an assortment of 4 Spring Themed Cards.

Make one of the newest die cut cards - A Square Pop Up Box Card. This card folds flat for mailing but pops open and stands up.

Learn how to assemble a Slider Card while making a springy scene.

Make a Swinging Z Fold Card with a pre-cut card. You'll also learn how to use card making dies to create your own.

Use a pre-cut Front Stair Step Card and dies from Impression Obsession to make a pretty floral card with butterflies too!

We have 4 NEW Swinging Z Fold Cards and not only make one of each, BUT learn to sue our NEW Card Making Dies to make your own Swinging Z Fold Cards.Of course, we sell all of our Z Folds pre-cut, but now you can make your own in any color! Sliding Pull-up Cards

People love mechanical cards, especially when the card blank is pre-die cut for you. Learn the mechanics of this card, then decorate with stamping or attaching die cut images from Impression Obsession. This new Sliding Pull-Up Card is the newest Die Cut Card Kit from The Paper Cut. Pull up on the front of the card and it slides to make the front of your card three dimensional. We will make 4 different Sliding Cards – you’ll have a great time with these sliders to so see what the inside reveals. ($30)

Totally Bugged Out Tags

Bugs are no fun to have at home, but these two flying bugs will make you swoon! You will make two jumbo sized tags using several different techniques with an old favorite...Liquid Pearls...remember that product?!! Newly released Dies and Texture Fades will also be used along with the new Tim Holtz product called Frosted. You will learn so much while creating these gorgeous luster filled tags, and go home ready to use these techniques on your future projects. Bring: apron and tool kit. OPTIONAL: a sewing machine with black thread. ($40)

The Christmastime Church Ornament

It's that time of year again...to put up and decorate the tree. In this class you will make an elegant and glitzy ornament from Tim Holtz's new Sizzix Village Dies. You will transform the die cuts into a radiant wintertime Church in all its Christmas splendor. It will be an ornament to treasure for years to come, and hopefully you will add more to the collection using the new dies. It even comes in its own box! Bring: apron and tool kit. ($55)

The holidays are going to be here before you know it. You could be ahead by having cards and a couple of project already done.

SATURDAY,

OCTOBER 17TH,

BIRD CRAZY FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Are you Bird Crazy? Come learn coloring techniques using Distress Markers, water brush and the Distress Spritzer. Each card will feature a background technique with Texture Paste, Distress Ink, stamps, Layering stencils and more. BONUS - Bird images are die cut for you!

Bring: Small tool kit which includes scissors and dry adhesive and basics. All other supplies will be provided. ($45)

3:00 P.M.- 7:30 P.M.

ELEGANT HOLIDAY SHADOW BOX

Create a nostalgic holiday shadow box by transforming an ornament metal Flip Frame into a beautiful decor piece. Threre are lots of techniques to share in the class using Distress Spray Stains, Alcohol Inks, Distress Glitter and more. Make little pine cones and flowers using the Sizzix Tiny Tattered Floral dies, they will even have a little frosty sparkle on them You will love the new Tim Holtz Christmas collection from idea-ology that gives the project an old time vintage look. Join me to create this unforgetable keepsake and display for many years to come. Bring: small tool kit with basic supplies that includes scissors. All other supplies will be provived. ($70)
