In this class, you will simulate an ancient metal working technique using a stencil, molding paste, pigment inks and embossing powders. This is a technique class. All supplies will be provided. ($25)

This is a collage class with emphasis on Spring. In this class, we will be constructing flowers using odds and ends papers. The basis of the collage will be textured and stained with a light wash. We will then make our floral arrangement from papers, book prints and some gelli plate prints you don't know what to do with. Come and join us for a fun class and leave with a matted piece when you leave. Bring basic kit: scissors, pencil, glue stick and some small paint brushes. ($45).

We will be making two very different make-n-takes. One is a vintage collage card and the other a Spring card with new Impression Obsession die cuts. Please bring adhesive and scissors. ($5)

Gelli Plate Mono Printing

Come and join us for a day of Gelli Printing. We will be focusing on circular shapes or a mandala form. We will be doing some basic techniques and layering. We will use stencils and paint to create layers using the Gelli Plate. Card stock stencils will be furnished for you to use and take home. Gelli Arts has also develped an 8" circular plate in case you get into the circular image. A circulate plate is not necessary but I will also be demontrating on both the large Gelli plate and the circular one. Paper and paint will be furnished but feel free to bring stencils or paint if you have favorites. Please bring Gelli plate, a brayer, paper towels, baby wipes and a spray water bottle. Also be sure to wear old cloths or bring an apron. You may want to also pack a lunch or plan on grabbing a bite. We will take a short break. If you do not have a round or regular Gelli Plate, you can buy one at Stamp Asylum on the day of class. ($45)

Zentangle and Stamping

Let's take Zentanble into the stamping world! This class combines the use of art stamps with tangles to create beautiful, bejeweled-looking tags. this class is very detailed and you must have taken the beginner Zentangle class. Bring a ink Blending tool and foam applicators, Pigma Black Micron 01 pen (s). ($40)
